How do I send tests to my patients?
- 1 - Add the assessment tools you want to send your patient to the outbox.
- 2 - Enter the patient's name or email address to personalize what you send
- 3 - Generate the sharing link and choose how to send it:
↘ Share: share the link with your patient by text message, WhatsApp, etc.
↘ Email: your patient receives an email with the link to take the tests
↘ QR code: have your patient scan the QR code to open the test
How will I receive my patients' results?
As soon as a patient completes a test, you receive a summary of the results in your inbox. It contains both the patient's answers and the scores and interpretations.
Does my patient receive the results too?
No, only the psychologist receives the results.
How does Mentaal keep patient data confidential and secure?
No data is shared with third parties. All data is encrypted when it is sent to the psychologist. We only store the data strictly necessary for our service, hosted by a French provider with HDS certification (Hébergement de Données de Santé, France's certification for hosting health data). The psychologist must make sure their email is secure to keep the data confidential end to end.
What happens if I want to stop using Mentaal?
With Mentaal, you have nothing to worry about if you decide to stop: the subscription has no commitment, and you can cancel it at any time.
Unlike other platforms, we don't lock you in. Since you automatically receive every test result and analysis by email, the data is entirely yours: you don't have to worry about retrieving it or losing it when your subscription ends.
You can also export all of a patient's results as a PDF from their patient record, to keep a complete file on your side.
