Barkley Home Situations Questionnaire (BHSQ)
The Barkley Home Situations Questionnaire is a self-report scale designed to collect information from parents about the frequency and severity of the child's behavior problems in various situations at home. It is one of the recommended tools for assessing behavioral disorders, particularly ADHD, and makes it possible to observe how behavior varies across home contexts.

Scoring & interpretation
Each problem situation is rated by the parent for frequency and severity, usually on a Likert scale. Total scores help determine the level of the child's behavioral difficulties and make it possible to tailor interventions. Results should be interpreted in light of the child's overall context.
