Scoring & interpretation
Responses are scored on a Likert scale (0 to 3 or 4 depending on the version). The total score is the sum or mean of the scores obtained on the symptom scale. Interpretive cutoffs help identify the likelihood of posttraumatic stress disorder. Clinical interpretation requires taking the person's cultural context into account.
