Scoring & interpretation

ICI-80 scoring calculates an overall score by assigning 1 to 3 points per answer ("Often", "Sometimes", "Rarely/Never"). For positively worded questions, the highest score goes to the highest frequency, while this scale is reversed for negatively worded questions. The total number of points directly reflects the quality of the respondent's relational skills, with a high score indicating excellent communication effectiveness.
